Ladies, make space at your dressing table cause’ you’re gonna need lots of new space for these darlings. All I can say is, these brands know women too damn well. From the feminine packaging, to the intricate details, the princess-like experience, I can’t even.
Read on till the end for the prettiest make-up I’ve ever seen.
1. Paul & Joe Beaute
The quirky-cute French label found an ingenious combination to appeal to the demure, feminine ladies – by using kitties and vintage wallpaper-like prints. What I love the most from this beauty range is the flexibility to mix and match your favourite lipstick colour with an interchangeable lipstick cover of your choice.
(Lipstick USD $20, Case, USD $7. Shop here)
If you’re a cat-lover, you are going to find Paul & Joe’s latest 2015 Cafe Parisian range ridiculously irresistible.
Thanks to a unique, Japanese candy-making technique called Kintaro- ame, which depends on two separate tubes – one columnar and one cat-shaped – the cute cat faces remain visible until the lipstick is used up.
They can be found in Hong, Japan, Taiwan, Europe & North America. Full listing here.

2. Jill Stuart Beauty
Best known for their sparkly, elaborate packaging, Jill stuart is for the dainty princess. To celebrate 10 years since they first launched the cosmetics line, Jill Stuart Beauty has launched a limited set of 4 which comes in a beautifully designed treasure box.
Available from 31 Aug (HK$560), the set includes: Shimmering Brilliance (loose eyeshadow powder), Radiant Purity (cream highlighter for the eyes), Glowing Happiness (blusher with a soufflé texture) & Luminous Love (lip gloss).
(JILL STUART Rouge my Dress Lip stick HK$210 / JILL STUART Mix blush compact HK$340)
If you have the chance, visit their beauty counters in Japan, Taiwan or Hong Kong and immerse yourself in a world of sparklingly silver:
But if you want to avoid the risk of emptying your wallet, you can get hold of Jill Stuart products in Singapore just like what other Airfrov-ers did.
3. Christian Louboutin Lipstick
A while ago, Christian Louboutin shook both the fashion & beauty industry with news that he will be bringing the iconic red hue on the coveted red-sole heels to women’s lips.
Available in 36 different shades and designed to resemble the high heels, it’s more than just a lip color. There will be a ring at the top of each lipstick that allows you to thread a chain through it and wear it as a necklace.
Another reason why you might not bear to use them, it comes with a hefty price tag of USD $90.
There’s still no news if they’ll be available in Singapore but Airfrov users have already put up the request, check them out here.
4. Guerlain Météorites
This looks like a colorful pot of candies, but is actually an illuminating powder made up of light-diffusing pearls that minimize flaws and add brightness to the skin. Guerlain describes the meteorites as “multicolored pearls” that “reveal the secret of the purest radiance ever for each skin tone.”
All you need to do is sweep the pearls over your face with the Météorites Brush and tadah! You’ll look amazing!
(Limited edition Guerlain Météorites for summer 2015: Rainbow pearls)
Guerlain Météorites can be purchased from local departmental stores.
5. Les Merveilleuses Laduree
I saved the best for the last. Yes Laduree, no not the macaroon, but their line of cosmetics.
Their packaging and intricate details literally blew me away. I mean just look at this, have you ever seen any make-up as real as this?
THIS, is how Laduree does Blusher. Named “Face Color Rose Ladurée” these are meant to be applied by simply running a brush over the petals. You’ll have to purchase these gorgeous, delicate looking petals separately from the pots. So what you need to do is gently place half of the petals from the refill pack into the pot, and try your best to position them in the form of a flower. #challengeaccepted
(Rose petals retail at 3150 yen ($38), pots are sold separately at 7350 yen ($88))
Laduree make-up line is available in Tokyo, Taiwan, Hong Kong & Paris. Full listing here.
